It will focus on the clinician’s journey and outcomes. It will explore how we can better prepare ourselves for error, how we can support each other when errors occur and how we can build cultures that deal with error in a constructive way.\n\n3.30 pm                      \nCoffee\n\n4.00 pm                      \nTELFORD MEMORIAL LECTURE to be given by:\nDr Emma Evans, Clinical Psychologist, Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust\n&\nDr Laura Goodfellow, Academic Clinical Lecturer, University of Liverpool and Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust\n\nTrauma informed psychological support services and an overview of POPPY and INDIGO research into trauma in obstetricians, gynecologists and midwives\n\nTalk synopis and learning objectives:\n\nParticipants will receive an overview of the current literature about prevention and management of work related post-traumatic stress symptoms in obstetrics and gynaecology, and proposed solutions to address these issues.
