The characters we will encounter on our journey through time will help us to understand the intra-abdominal pathologies we see today which are often underappreciated or overlooked and the oddities which are misinterpreted or ignored.\n\nLearning objectives:\n\nTo demonstrate imaging appearances of select underappreciated acute abdominal pathologies\n\nTo clarify the causes and implications of unusual, commonly encountered yet underappreciated abdominal abnormalities\n\nTo show how normal anatomy influences the course of disease\n\n7.40 pm\nBuffet supper\n\n
