• 9th December 2020 - Professor Niels Peek and Dr Lamiece Hassan who talked about the 50-year history of artificial intelligence in medicine, discussing the current state of the art and latest technology developments in machine learning, and exploring the promises and perils of introducing intelligent machines into healthcare.  What is AI?  Can a machine learn and what is learning?  Technology is fascinating and raises questions about people.

• 1st December 2021 - COVID & Vaccines - the 'Why' & 'How' which will be given by Professor Andrew Ustianowski.  He briefly discussed COVID-19, its origins and impacts, and then focusses on how vaccines work, how new vaccines were developed, and their impacts.
