Brief synopsis of talk:
Overview of the Royal College of Pathologists Histopathology Curriculum and independent reporting guidelines (issued 2021). The difficulties faced in implementation of independent reporting and the plans for the region, to resolve this.
Brief resume: Dr Joesph is a consultant Histopathologist with over 15 years of experience of working for the NHS. She is currently working at the Manchester University FT, Wythenshawe base and her areas of subspecialisation include Dermatopathology, Uropathology and GI pathology. She is an Examiner and Audit Evaluator for the Royal College of Pathologists. Dr Jospeh has been a member of the NW Specialist Training committee for over 10 years and in March 2024, She took on the role of the NW Histopathology Training Programme Director.
