Brief synopsis:

1. Describe the role and scope of Community Dental Services,
2. Identify patients who may be appropriate for referral to CDS
3. Understand the appropriate referral pathways and key information required when referring patients to CDS

Mental Capacity Assessment in Dentistry

Brief synopsis:

Introduce the audience to and explore with them the concept of MCA/Acting in the best interest of individuals who lack capacity to make informed decision regarding their dental health and needs.
