Talk Synopsis:

This talk will explore the impact of making a significant clinical error that results in patient harm. It will focus on the clinician’s journey and outcomes. It will explore how we can better prepare ourselves for error, how we can support each other when errors occur and how we can build cultures that deal with error in a constructive way.
